Along with being a RYT200, Amanda has a BA in Psychology and an MA in Biology. She uses her knowledge of the brain and the body to help people better understand effective wellness practices through yoga & meditation. She encourages her students to have fun in her light-hearted classes and to appreciate right where they are in their practice that day. She recently completed an 85 hour training in prenatal yoga and will also be offering services to moms in all stages of their pregnancy journey.
